ADIDAS x HONG KONG MARATHON 2024
Overview
Stepping into the heart of Hong Kong's running culture, adidas proudly sponsors the Hong Kong Marathon for the first time, aiming to deeply engage with the running community throughout the event. As part of our role, we curated a series of activations tailored to diverse groups of runners, from elite athletes to leisure enthusiasts, fostering meaningful connections and celebrating the spirit of running.
At the vibrant pre-race carnival, our Carnival Booth at Victoria Park became a hub of activity, offering personalised tee printing, exclusive product showcases, and memorable photo opportunities. Welcoming international participants, the Shakeout Run provided a taste of local culture through a morning run and sampling of authentic Hong Kong buns.
On race day, our presence was felt at strategic points along the marathon route, with warm-up booths and tattoo printing stations at the Tsim Sha Tsui Flagship store, and a cheering team near the endpoint providing encouragement to runners. At the Finisher Booth at the sports ground, we provided a rest station for exhausted participants, offering refreshments, yoga sessions, personalised photo areas, and instant photo printing to commemorate their achievements.
Following the marathon, our support extended to post-race recovery with exclusive workshops and services at the Flagship store, reaffirming our commitment to the well-being and success of the running community.
